At CDEA we believe that educating and supporting the specialized needs of the early education and church ministry professional is key to the success of every child and must last a life time. All of our On-line and Center-based educational training courses are designed to help child care professional’s complete annual training requirements or acquire required training hours for those seeking a Birth – 5 Early Childhood Credential equivalent to the Florida Child Care Professional Credential or the National CDA.
CDEA hosts a National Conference every year in Jacksonville, Florida. This conference has received high acclaim and has hosted guest speakers such as Cynthia Ulrich Tobias and Ty Wood.
CDEA also has mini conferences and symposiums in state and local settings. CDEA has also been invited to share the expertise and guide leaders in the early education field by speaking at conferences in Illinois and Sessions in Texas for Focus on the Family and in Oregon for ACSI. The leaders of CDEA have also had the opportunity to extend their knowledge and share their vision with the decision makers in the legislative branch of the state and nation, as well as the White House.

Weekday Early Education (WEE) Learn Curriculum> is a developmentally appropriate weekday curricula for Christian settings designed for young children ages birth through Pre-K. CDEA is the only authorized training agency in Florida and offers training in other states as needed. The Child Development Education Alliance now offers intensive training for WEE Learn Curriculum. To learn more . . . This 18-hour full training track provides 1.8 CEUs. This training includes twelve hours of in-depth basic technical support and six hours of advanced support and is designed for teachers who fully understand and implement WEE Learn concepts taught in the first twelve hours.
